Christina Lee is a Privacy and Technology Law Fellow and Visiting Associate Professor of Law at the George Washington University Law School. Her research focuses on the intersection of privacy and emerging technologies, with an emphasis on laws and regulations directed at corporate entities that drive technological innovation.

Professor Lee earned a BA in International Relations, a BS in Mathematics, and an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University. She received her JD from Harvard Law School, where she served as a Submissions Manager and a Symposium Articles Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology. Prior to law school, Professor Lee worked as a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft.
