Jessica Sarnowski is an environmental thought leader specializing in Environmental, Health, and Safety regulatory analysis. Ms. Sarnowski writes about chemical compliance for 3ETM and her written pieces on ocean issues have been published by The Ocean Foundation.

Ms. Sarnowski created unique certificate programs in collaboration with two universities in Ukraine, the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. Her courses focus on US environmental law, Legal English, and environmental challenges in post-war Ukraine.

Ms. Sarnowski has extensive experience in the private and public sectors. She worked for Enhesa, Intelex Technologies, and Bloomberg BNA. She was also an Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) Fellow for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Ms. Sarnowski received her Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School and Master of Laws degree in Environmental Law from The George Washington University Law School.
