Matthew Strada

Matthew Strada leads the regulatory group within the Deloitte Global Office of General Counsel. He has previously served as Counsel to the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and as Senior Advisor to the Director of Enforcement and Investigations at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Prior to public service, Mr. Strada was a litigator at two international law firms, specializing in securities litigation. He began his career as a law clerk to Judge Carol Bagley Amon in the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Strada’s areas of expertise include securities regulation, administrative enforcement, and international trade controls.
