Dean's Student Advisory Board

Madison Medley is a 3L at the George Washington University Law School concentrating in Privacy, Artificial Intelligence, and Technology Law. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland, College Park with a BS in Information Science and a minor in Law and Society. While at GW Law, Madison has served as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, the Moot Court Board, the Federal Communications Law Journal, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and the Black Law Students Association. She has also received the Dean’s Professional Development Award and placed as a quarterfinalist in the 2026 Tulane Professional Football Negotiation Competition.

Arnelle is a 3L at the George Washington University Law School concentrating in Business and Finance Law, with specific interests in Investment Management. She is from Long Island, NY, and graduated magna cum laude from the Massry School of Business at the University at Albany, SUNY. She has held academic year positions at the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Investment Company Institute. She is also a Writing Fellow, a member of the Moot Court Board, and an Associate of the Business and Finance Law Review.

Rachel Rogers is a 3L at the George Washington University Law School. She holds a BS in Political Science, summa cum laude, from East Carolina University. Rachel currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal. Other on-campus activities include service as the 2026 Alternative Dispute Board Spanogle Co-Chair, Co-President of the Christian Legal Society, 2025-2026 Student Bar Association Academic Policy Committee Chair, and member of the First-Gen Professionals, Law Association for Women, and Student Ambassadors. While at GW Law, Rachel has interned at the U.S. Air Force JAG Corps, National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE), Rape, Abuse, Incest National Network (RAINN), American Center for Law & Justice (ACLJ), and the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys weightlifting, traveling, attending concerts, and exploring new restaurants with her husband. Rachel is honored and excited for the opportunity on the Dean’s Student Advisory Board to advocate for her fellow 3Ls and GW Law colleagues.

Anýa Foreman is a 2L at the George Washington University Law School. She graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University Honors College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in International Affairs and a minor in International Business. At GW Law, she is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, the Student IP Law Association, the Arts, Culture, Entertainment, & Sports Law Association, the Black Law Student Association, and serves as an Inns of Court Advisor. In her spare time, Anýa enjoys Pilates, exploring DC, and spending time with her family.

Jivan Ramesh is a 2L at the George Washington University Law School, and serves on the Dean's Advisory Board. Outside of this role, he also serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Criminal Law Brief and a Deputy Pro Tem of the GW Student Government Association. In his free time, he enjoys performing music and reading.
