Andrea McBarnette

Andrea McBarnette is an Administrative Law Judge at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. She has worked for the federal government for twenty years, including as an Administrative Law Judge for the Social Security Administration. Ms. McBarnette was a trial and appellate litigator while an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Civil and Criminal Division of the US Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia. She has also worked in private practice where she litigated cases involving employment law and securities fraud. Ms. McBarnette is a graduate of Stanford University and Georgetown Law.
