Nicole P. Grant

Ms. Grant is a Senior Litigation Counsel in the US Department of Justice’s Civil Division, where she has litigated affirmative and defensive immigration-related issues in federal district and appeals courts across the country for the past eight years. In this role, Ms. Grant works closely with the various United States Attorney’s Offices and government agencies. For her work with the Department, Ms. Grant has been awarded a US Department of Justice Civil Division Special Commendation Award in recognition of outstanding acts or services that have materially contributed to the successful accomplishment of Division objectives. Before joining the Civil Division, she served as an Attorney Advisor through the Attorney General’s Honors Program. Prior to that, Ms. Grant clerked for the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
