Esther You
Esther You is an Assistant United States Attorney with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia (USAO-DC), where she serves as Special Counsel for Government Ethics and Professional Responsibility.
Ms. You worked in television news at Fox 5 and NBC 4 in Washington D.C. After graduating from the George Washington University Law School, she clerked for Judge John M. Maloney of the Montgomery County Circuit Court in Montgomery County, Maryland. Before joining the USAO-DC, Ms. You was an Attorney-Advisor and the Deputy Designated Agency Ethics Official at the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Information Policy.
Ms. You teaches at the American University Washington College of Law.
