Former U.S. Secretary of Defense Robert M. This important program exposes more young Americans to the world beyond our shores and extends the legacy of President Dwight Eisenhower to a new generation."

Her rigorous scholarship and remarkable contributions to law and human rights advocacy set her apart as a leader in her field. This prestigious award acknowledges her impressive achievements and provides full funding for her studies at the University of Oxford, along with a living stipend, allowing her to further her education and impact.

"I am deeply honored to be recognized as part of this prestigious program," Axana stated. "This opportunity will allow me to further my mission of advocating for the rights of vulnerable populations, and I look forward to connecting with a diverse community of scholars."

With this historic achievement, Axana Soltan not only advances her own academic and professional pursuits but also sets a powerful precedent for future generations of Afghan-American women and advocates for change.
