Scott Ferber is founding partner of Raj Ferber PLLC, a Washington, DC-based boutique law firm dedicated to cybersecurity and risk management. Mr. Ferber has managed hundreds of cybersecurity incidents, including sophisticated nation-state intrusions, ransomware attacks, business email compromises, and cyber-enabled theft of intellectual property. His deep experience in incident response and regulatory enforcement informs Mr. Ferber's broader counseling practice. Before private practice, he spent over ten years at the U.S. Department of Justice where served in leadership roles, including as an advisor to the Deputy Attorney General and Attorney General on cyber and national security matters; Counsel for Cyber Investigations in DOJ’s National Security Division; and Assistant U.S. Attorney in Atlanta. Mr. Ferber has tried numerous jury trials and briefed and argued multiple cases before the US Circuit Court of Appeals. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
